MAINS FOUL AND SURFACE WATER SEWER CONNECTIONS

Public sewers in the majority of cases are situated in roads or public areas.  Modern homes generally drain their waste water into separated sewers, one for foul and one for surface water.  The foul sewer taking only waste water from toilets, washing machines, kitchens and bathrooms.  The surface water sewer taking only rain water from roofs and hard standing areas.  If you are not on main drains we can help.  We can provide gravity or pumped connections if mains drainage is within reach of your property or development. 

MAINS WATER CONNECTIONS

If your property is not connected to the Jersey Water mains network and there is a water main nearby, getting you connected could be simple.  We can arrange all that is required to get you connected to Jersey's treated water supply.  We will make the necessary applications, excavate and install the required pipework and arrange final connection to the property's water system.  There will be properties that are not in easy reach of a mains water supply, but we may still be able to get you connected.  We can locate the closest connection point, provide an estimate of costs and once agreed we apply for the relevant permits to install a new water main to your property.
